Founder & CEO
Mohammad oversees investment strategy, underwriting, and portfolio management. He brings deep experience in real estate finance, due diligence, and risk management.

- Founded and operated a global Telecom & IT consulting firm for over 10 years, with a focus on Smart Cities and ICT solutions

Zulikha Hussain - Lady Z
Co-founder & President
Zulikha leads WaZu Capital with a focus on strategic direction, investor relations, and operational discipline. Her background spans real estate development, capital markets, and business operations.

- Proven track record in structuring Co-GP and equity partnerships for institutional-quality projects

Mohammad Talib Hussain (Wali)
Operations Manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all real estate assets (development, construction, property management, hospitality, or mixed-use).
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners (brokers, engineers, contractors, attorneys).
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across projects
- Track operating budgets, development budgets, and cash flows across properties and entities.
- Monitor operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
- Support land development and construction activities from entitlement through delivery.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and critical path items
- Education: BS in Business and Finance from McComb School of Business, University of Texas at Austin
