International Investors
Own or invest in Dallas–Fort Worth real estate without relocating. We work with investors and buyers across the Gulf, Turkey, the UK, Europe and Canada — on calls in your time zone, with documents signed online.
Our team is in Dallas (U.S. Central Time). Morning calls in Dallas land in the afternoon or evening across the Gulf, Turkey, the UK and Europe; Canadian investors can book any time during the business day.
Calls, document review, signatures and reporting all happen online. You are welcome to visit our projects — you never have to.
Why Texas
Texas real estate gives international investors exposure to one of the world's largest economies through hard assets in a dollar-denominated market.
Texas is the world's 8th-largest economy — larger than Canada or Italy.
Leads the nation in annual job creation and net employment growth.
More Fortune 500 headquarters than any other U.S. state.
A young, expanding workforce supporting long-term housing demand.
Driving relocation of businesses, entrepreneurs and high-income households.
Two international airports, including DFW — direct flights to the Gulf, Europe and beyond.
Two Ways to Participate
Purchase a new townhome, land or an income-producing asset outright — held personally or through your company.
Participate in a WaZu project alongside the sponsors, who invest their own capital in every deal.
How It Works From Abroad
Booking a call does not obligate you to buy or invest.
Choose a time that suits your time zone and tell us what you're looking for.
We confirm which opportunities fit you and complete standard identity checks.
Offering or purchase documents are shared securely online for you and your advisers.
Sign electronically and fund by international wire in U.S. dollars.
Follow updates, distributions and documents from anywhere in the world.
Good to Know
Cross-border investing has a few extra steps. We would rather you know them up front.
Non-U.S. owners and investors may need to file U.S. tax returns, and U.S. withholding can apply to income and sale proceeds.
How U.S. income is taxed where you live depends on your country and any tax treaty with the U.S.
Investments are made and paid in U.S. dollars, so exchange rates affect your returns in your home currency.
Owning personally, through a company or through a trust each has different tax and estate consequences.
Speak with your own advisers. WaZu does not provide tax or legal advice. We recommend a cross-border tax adviser review any investment before you commit, and we are happy to work with them directly.
